Will I have to get involved in a role play on your confidence and assertiveness training courses?
We don’t use role plays as such, however, we do encourage you to speak in front of the group (max. 5 others). We won’t force you to do anything. It’s entirely up to you whether or not you want to participate.

Do I have to be filmed on your confidence and assertiveness courses?
You don’t have to be filmed but there will be an opportunity if you would like to take it. We feel it’s very helpful to see yourself so that you can get a feel for how others perceive you. You should dress in the way you feel most comfortable. The majority of people wear 'smartish' casual clothes

Will you send me a map and directions to the venue?

Questions about our tailored confidence building and assertiveness courses

What are the benefits of your tailored confidence and assertiveness training courses?
Tailored confidence and assertiveness courses are ideal if you have a group of people with similar needs. If you have more than 4 delegates, sending them on a tailored course specifically designed for you is much more cost effective than paying separately for each delegate on an open course.

How many delegates can attend your tailored confidence and assertiveness courses?
We take a maximum of 10 delegates on our tailored confidence and assertiveness courses. If we are filming during the course, the maximum number we take reduces to 6 per course. There are some exceptions if we still feel we can achieve your objectives. We like to keep the numbers down so that we can give as much personal feedback as possible.

Where do you run your tailored confidence building and assertiveness training courses?
Most of our tailored confidence and assertiveness courses are run at the client’s office. If this isn’t possible, we agree a suitable venue that’s convenient for the delegates.

Do you film people during your confidence and assertiveness courses?
We do present delegates with the opportunity to be filmed on our confidence and assertiveness courses. We believe that actually seeing how you come across is a very useful part of the learning process. Filming is always optional and no one is ever put under any pressure to be filmed.

What are your charges for tailored confidence and assertiveness training courses?
We charge per day rather than per delegate. Charges for our tailored assertiveness and confidence building courses are from £850 plus vat per day. The charge includes development time. We suggest a maximum of 10 delegates on each course (unless the delegates are to be filmed).

Do you incorporate role play during your confidence and assertiveness courses?
If you have specific confidence or assertiveness issues to deal with, we can develop role plays that mirror the scenarios you want to tackle.

How long are your confidence and assertiveness courses and what are the timings?
We develop our tailored confidence and assertiveness courses to suit you. They are normally one day courses.

Do you follow up your confidence and assertiveness training courses?
We’ll talk to you about this to discuss the best approach. Follow up is an essential part of the process.
