What is the Think Confidence Reality Check? The Think Confidence Reality Check is like no other online questionnaire. It’s a simple and easy way to find out how other people see and perceive you. It’s a multiple choice questionnaire that you can invite people to complete on you anonymously. What does the Think Confidence Reality Check cover? When people complete the Reality Check on you, they are invited to give you anonymous feedback in the following areas; your character and general demeanour, your confidence levels, your personal style and approach to life, how you cope with conflict, your ability to deal with pressure, their first impressions of you. How can the Think Confidence Reality Check help me? The Reality Check is a great way to start the process of building your confidence. It tells you how others see and perceive you. Once you know this, you’ll be more aware of your strengths and weaknesses. You can then start to adapt the way you communicate and behave; this will naturally help you to feel and come across more confidently. It’s simple – using your personal administration tool on the www.thinkconfidence.com website, you invite people you know well (friends, colleagues and relations) to complete our Reality Check questionnaire online. You then receive their feedback anonymously. You won’t know who scored you what but you'll get a comprehensive feel for how people see and perceive you. How many people do I have to invite? You need to invite a minimum of 5 (and a maximum of 25) people to complete the Think Confidence Reality Check questionnaire. This ensures that the pool of participants is big enough to achieve anonymity in the feedback you receive. How long does it take someone to complete the Reality Check on me? It shouldn’t take more than about 5 minutes for someone to complete the questionnaire on you. How do people send their completed questionnaire back? Completed questionnaires come automatically back to www.thinkconfidence.com. Our administration system then pools the feedback and presents it anonymously to you in your confidential report. How do I invite people to complete the Reality Check questionnaire? You enter each person’s name and email address. Each person will receive an automated email from Think Confidence. This email invites each participant to complete the questionnaire. There is an opportunity for you to add a personalised comment to the invitation email if you wish. Do you charge a fee for the Think Confidence Reality Check questionnaire? For a limited period only the Reality Check is Free of Charge. We normally charge £9.99 for the Reality Check questionnaire regardless of how many people you invite to complete it (max. 25) How do I pay for the Reality Check questionnaire? You'll be invited to pay securely online by credit card. Once we've received payment you will automatically receive a user name and password to enable you to login to our memebers area. You can then start to administer your Reality Check immediately. When do I pay for the Reality Check questionnaire? You pay online before you start to invite your chosen participants. You can purchase the Reality Check by clicking here When can I view my personal report? When you send your chosen participants a link to complete the Reality Check questionnaire, you'll be asked to set a deadline date (date by which the questionnaire must be returned). To ensure complete anonymity, you will not be able to view your report until after midnight on the deadline date. Please also be aware that your report will not be available unless 5 or more participant replies have been received. If less than 5 participants have replied by the deadline date, you can not view your report. How much time do people have to complete the Reality Check on me? You decide how much time you want to give people. The minimum period for completion is 7 days. You will be able to enter your chosen completion date when you send your invitation emails to the participants. You can change the completion date to a later date subsequently if you wish. What happens if someone I invite doesn’t want to complete the Reality Check on me? Can I add more participants if I want to or if someone declines? Yes. You can login to your personal administration area at any time to add more participants. |
