Effective techniques to help with communicating engagingly, coming across impressively at meetings and presentations and handling conflict situations professionally. Enables employees to have influence with difficult people or in challenging situations.
Presentation skills (max. 6 delegates per course)
Developing and delivering business presentations with charisma, presence and confidence. Covers effective physical skills (body language and voice), incorporating visual aids and using reference notes. Includes filming and professional feedback on delivery.
For managers new to leadership or management responsibility. Gives new leaders the skills and confidence to maximise their effectiveness and get the most from their teams. Covers leadership style, motivation, strategic planning, team development and personal effectiveness.
