Virtual Live ‘one to one’ Training Programme
‘Coming Across with Real Confidence’
Do you have an important event coming up? – maybe an interview, work presentation, speech or meeting. Do you want to come across confidently, feel in control and remain focused? Our one to one virtual training will help you do just that. It’s an excellent opportunity to achieve great results quickly.
Each session is entirely focused on you and your particular situation. By the end of the training you will feel positive about your event. You will know what to do so you look and feel confident on the day. You will be able to come across with true confidence and make a real impact.
This virtual training programme consists of two personal coaching sessions with confidence expert, Mike McClement. Each session will be an hour long with a few days break (if possible) in between. In addition, the training package includes an introductory call. This gives Mike a chance to explain his approach, get to know you and understand your challenge so that he can hit the road running when the first session starts.

Alternative ‘one to one’ Coaching Options
Bespoke one to one coaching designed specifically to address the challenges you are facing. We run one-off sessions and also develop tailored programmes with two or more sessions depending on your situation. Sessions can be run face to face or live virtually. Topics include being assertive, presentation skills, personal impact, charisma, dealing with challenging people and personal effectiveness.
Face to Face Sessions
Face to face sessions are normally around 3 hours in length and can be combined with phone and email conversations.

Mike’s phone or video link sessions are normally 45 mins to one hour in length and can be arranged on a regular basis.
