Hi this is Mike McClement, Founder of Think Confidence. Thank you for downloading my 4 Step Confidence Plan. The whole aim of the Plan is to give you a manageable, structured, easy way to build your confidence. When you’ve finished the Plan, you’ll have greater self-belief, you’ll be able to deal with self-doubt, you’ll stop questioning yourself, stop worrying before you go into challenging situations when you’re out of your comfort zone. And you’re going to be feeling more positive too.
And in a physical sense you’ll be coming across more confidently. You’ll be able to project confidence on the outside. So when you’re at work and when you’re socialising, you’re going to feel more confident and you’re going to look more confident too.
So how do you start? Well, there are three ways of starting.
Some people choose to dabble, they look round the website, browse my blog, sign up for my confidence tips. Or, if you’re looking for an immediate boost to your confidence, if you’re looking for a kick start to your confidence, come on one of my one day courses. You’ll be with a small group, maximum six people – that means I can really get to know you. I can talk to you about your specific confidence challenges. And also, after the course, I’ll keep in touch with you. I’ll help you keep the momentum going. And the other thing about attending the one day course is that you’ll get free access to all the resources in my on-line confidence academy.
If you can’t make a one day course, the third way of starting is to start my on-line course. I’ve created a clear structure for you to follow. I’ve broken down the 4 Step Confidence Plan on-line. That means there’s no pressure. You can complete the on-line course in your own time.
